The real question is. Why do we need a remake of a remake?
Are you running out of ideas capcom?

Remake 2 was different enough from the original to justify both existing. The same would be true for OPs hypothetical. I don't know why people would think otherwise

But please make it a proper game. Re3 Remake was quite the burn. It was short, felt like dlc. Didn't like Jill or Carlos. And the overall strange haze of censorship. From the outfits to the blood and guts. If made properly im sure it will sell just fine.
