Tidus and Vaan are equals in basedness. Tidus immediately announces that FFX is his story, narrates everything, jumps into frays even when not knowing what the fuck's going on, and has understandable dad issues that he eventually overcomes by being based Tidus. Meanwhile Vaan flexes his muscles, bangs his desert girlfriend, doesn't hesitate to help his friends or punch empire scum, and squeezes his nuts and various instances of the story to tell myriad enemies to go fuck themselves. He also ignores social mores and asks that bitch Fran how old she is, to the shock of many but to the joy of those whom are blessed with basedness.
Vaan and Tidus are good characters. Naturally, the FF fanbase, made up mostly of virgins who like Advent Children, can't handle them.

Is the zodiac age for ps4 that bad? Avoid altogether? I played the original version on ps2 but I never beat it. I didn't grind well enough and got trapped into a part I just could not beat. I wasn't great at Final Fantasy games as a kid.
