This, the unique weapons are funny for 5 minutes, afterwards you just them put aside and use whatever you were using prior to finding them

Painfully average at best, boring at worst. Also it's far too easy unless you play Supernove difficulty which feels like afterthought and doesn't encourage having companions.

I just went full melee and no one could stand up to me. Even if I charged like a retard into a massive group I just dominated everything. The game was so boring that I didn't even bother to finish it.

Very challenging gameplay at the start when you're not leveled up and you don't have good equipment but you feel the need to murder every single person you interact with so the world becomes hostile to you.

You get a decent jump if you go on the penultimate difficulty and choose to trek the acid planet's surface over getting the docking codes but it ruins the rest of the game by comparison

Disappointment, a lot of it

That part was honestly the only fun part for me, I did that naturally and the part where you make your way through the wild was a bit challenging, but once you do that everything after is ezmode afk tier

i Liked the world, the story and the characters. The gameplay and RPG mechanics, were pretty lacking.

People hyped this game so much because there’s a dearth of Western RPGs like this, but I thought it was extremely mediocre. Boring simple combat, unimaginative worlds, shitty graphics, bland storyline. It wasn’t awful, just very meh.

Outside of a couple of characters, there's not much sjw shit like Yas Forums cries about. The biggest problem is that there's absolutely no reason to side with the corporations or play neutral. Parvati tries to talk you out of choosing on option in the early game, but I guarantee you won't side with her because there's no reason to. The game literally had to have a character tell you what to think to even entice you into siding with corporations or going neutral.

SJW writing, aka making an anti-capitalist message but writing it so badly and so incompetently that it undermines its own position because SJWs don't know how to write villains and antagonists intelligently, they only know how to make caricatures and parodies and bad ones at that.

Also none of the Obsidian writers, that Obsidian is known for, had anything to do with this game in the credits, none appear. It's all basically tumblr/twatter hires.

Thousands of years of Humanity building cities and villages next to volcanoes wasn't for no reason, it was because volcanic ash is the highest grade fertilizer that exists with no equivalent for agriculture, and every fucking idiot with some recollection of elementary school biology at around the 8th grade knows it, and certainly a corporation from the future would know it. The fact that the writers treated it as some empowered woman holding this great secret to producing food in her hands that the corporate town was built upon which is basic ancient knowledge from the fucking bronze age and before is down to writers being complete low IQ morons who don't research what they aim to write to at least validate that they are making an intelligent premise.

It's New Vegas but worse in every way except QA. And the VATS stand-in is a bit more engaging, I guess. But everything else is really just worse. The companions are particularly boring.
