Not a game but there's this one hentai that had two episodes where a dude was trying to collect his sisters' ladycum, but the eldest was a bit of a bitch (also a lesbian) and so at the end of episode 2 the dude wakes up as a girl. Man, what I'd give to see that episode 3.
