not OP but the game didn't sell 4 million and I kind of doubt it will since it's been out for 20 days now. FFXV sold nearly 10 million somehow.

For two. That's 3.5 million Ps4 copies sold and sony already said it was the fastest selling PS4 exclusive.
Animal Crossing sold insanely well and even Bannerlord sold way better than FF7R.
That isn't an excuse at all, people just didn't want this remake for a variety of reasons. Even those who bought it aren't going to get part 2.
Animal Crossing and Doom were sold before everyone was forced into lockdown.
Bannerlord is a digital only game.
