How do you get this shit to run on PC? I swear it’s even worse than release. Driving round I’m getting anything from 25 to 55 FPS and it always seems to drop when there’s less going on.

first of all, the game is gonna run like shit no matter what
for me, it runs the same at 800x600 as it does at 4k
the only way you could maintain 60 fps is by turning shadows off completely and keeping every slider at 0, although I havent tested it, so I wouldnt be surprised it it lagged like this too

also,according to gtaforums,this are the console settings, so keep the sliders around these values
