You must be retarded because that's not how mods work. You can't just mod any game to your hearts content just because it's on PC. You're probably a fucking console retard touristing in PC territory.
Even if you like ff7 or jrpgs, the fact is that you can't just skip the story bits on replays in this game to get to the fun stuff since a LOT of it is forced on you with slow walks and other shit.
