Macs are good work computers for specific things like crunching numbers over long periods or using proprietary software thats key to your job that's Mac only. Also the Mac console commands are super similar to Linux, which helped my computer-allergic ass out when I had to do some limited Linux coding recently. If you buy a Mac for Vidya you're a fucking moron, you have to turn right around and setup a windows dualboot to play most games which defeats the purpose of owning a Mac.
