No, they were lazilly dumping assets into Single Player while the 360 version was still active, and then they stopped even that. What they should have done is open up the venues and shops available in Online in a natural way in SP.

endless replay vaule and fun to play with friends, its so easy to pick up and you can do whatever
I can't think of another game that I play with buddies like this one, even those who don't play games, I'm talking about single player. Its so easy to pass around the control while doing other shit and keep it going because its just as fun to watch as it is to play.
