My first KoF game was interestingly enough the GBC port of Neo Geo's KoF 95.

Castlevania is much more iconic than Fatal Fury, don't even compare them.

The game should have been made by a japan studio collab not by random third party devs who had neither the experience nor the backing of sony to get any good character in the game. The game is a prime example why playstation is a shitty publisher. They spend too much money on western marketing shit instead of looking what used to make their games fun.

This was the roster way before the game was finalized. The game was also originally gonna be a team-based arena fighter at one point. I wonder why they didn't stick with that idea.
