Why is this game so easy?

Love the game but its laughably easy. Skyrim on master difficulty is unironically harder than New Vegas Very Hard HC

Shitsidian can't into game balance. Even with the fucking groundwork laid out for them they had to put their own "we know better!!!" spin on it.

The combat is completely irrelevant to the overall design they were going for. Just pick the leather armor from Chet, varmint rifle and stockpile 5.56m, grab That Gun from Novac and call it a day. Buy the anti-material rifle for boss enemies.

I clearly did ask a question though??

>Skyrim on master difficulty
didn't difficulty on Skyrim just make the enemies really spongy?

This is some facebook level shit here. Jesus christ

They got really spongy but enemies such as two-handers and high level mages also began dealing tons of damage

companions make it easy

Are you going to post this to every OP on the board then?

no one had to ask lmao OP felt like saying it

On the flip-side Sawyer has a mod full of unused ideas that is equally unbalanced with the addition of being unfun and autistic

Ironically because skyrim had shit level lists just like oblivion

Jsawyer ultimate is great though

shit is annoying to play on high difficulties
>have maxed out armor
>get hit once
>lose 50% of health

geez it's a good thing you knew where everything was on your first playthrough lol

get good

Replayed recently with simply uncut
What a garbage mod

I could ask the same thing about your mom.

Hey.

your game looks nice, what ENB you using?

Difficulty should only raise AI competence.
Only a retard would increase the difficulty with the only difference being lower damage output and higher damage output.

>get good
No, I don't think I will.
Because I git pussy, unlike you!

I'm not using any, bastard.
Now get the fuck outta my face.

>go see chet for help with the quest we just gave you as part of the tutorial
>okay now go here, then here, now here and now go to Novac

Yes, user, following the carefully railroaded story is knowing all of the game

Eh, I feel sorry for him. He admitted the game was never going to be complete even with another two years of development. It's not even a hard game, it breaks it even more really.

>chet
Chet is a greedy jew that would let his town be overrun with outlaws than spare resources.

I'm no longer asking, hand it over.

Hi there!

Who cares?

I think the difficulty is perfectly fine, it follows a good progression throughout the game unlike FO3 where everyone felt the exact same. DLCs offer competitive enemies but eventually at max level things are going to be easy as they fucking should when you bother to level up and get perks.

If it was perfectly balanced everyone would complain as well

Bethesdas idea of difficulty is literally just scaling the player damage down and scaling enemy damage up, as much as you might hate how vegas handles difficulty, it is INFINITELY better than the absolute braindead method bethesda uses. They literally think more bullet sponge enemies = more difficult. It's not more difficult, it's just a tedious slog

I'd say its pretty common to care about a games gameplay

STAY AWAY FROM MEEE

At a point I got so autistic that I re-did the health and levels of pretty much every NPC to make it so that half the arsenal didn't one shot them

>It's not more difficult
having enemies survive longer and also deal higher damage obviously makes the game more difficult, no matter how shit you might think of it as a system
