Because they deleted the original source files and so would have to recreate everything from scratch which would be incredibly expensive and painstakingly difficult.

You can't have both Reunion and Seventh Heaven because the developers are dramatic bitches.
Reunion is better though, you just have to get Remako and use 7H to extract the backgrounds and videos from it and put them in the Reunion folder.
