The currently most fun combination.
Running around in a panick like a madman first level as 30 alloy vultures throw 1-shotting airblades at you, spinning wildly as the sound of jellyfish spawn around you every second, but getting 6-7 items on every level if you survive.
Would not recommend command though, all it takes is a few Will’o’wisps or gasolines to completely trivialize artifact of swarms.

I've done a few more runs of your mod user. I like the new blood economy, but with items like telescopic sight or big scythe, you can get a cool couple hundred thousand at any point. When I was really late in a run and had all kinds of item synergies and damage bonuses, I hit one of the flying snakes from startstorm and did a couple quintillion damage or something ridiculous like that. The game locked up for a minute before finally coming back and I had 44 quadrillion dollars up from 700 thousand. I leveled up 24 times at the end of the stage. Main reason I bring it up is I don't know how crazy Yas Forums games get and it might cause a crash or server instability eventually. Besides that I found the problem I had with thief's hat. I play risky with a controller and it only works with keyboard controls, same thing with dazing elites in starstorm. I've also run into a couple of freezing magma worms. I hate em.
