China has done nothing but ruin and sabotage the world and the internet ever since they started letting their population onto the real internet.
Paypal used to be this unstoppable force that would bend over backwards to appease you, but now that it's run by the Chinese they fucking scam you and you have no rights, any issues must be dealt with at your bank/credit card issuer now because Paypal won't do shit.
I think it has to do with eBay's relationship with China. Since Paypal owns eBay, they changed tons of eBay's rules to help customers since lying Chinese sellers became rampant. Got to bad that any buyer issuing any dispute was 100% assumed in the right and given a refund since Paypal was so fucking sick of the headaches Chinese scammers were given them. There was a legit, "Oh, the seller's Chinese? Here's your rull refund" sentiment at Paypal and eBay for a few years. China must have had a grudge towards this because they eventually fucking took Paypal over and now use it to scam people.
Not to mention how many games need to be censored if they're getting a Chink release.
