Ice has been taking some heroes that no ones plays and has been reworking them to be more viable. Tree changes were not great but i think they added back his global heal.

because agi used to give movement speed so he had to change it. Since attributes no longer provide secondary stats ie. magic res, spell amp, ms speed makes sense for him to revert it
