I LOVE TENKO
I'm gonna say the G word!
Hanamura
you sure do
What was her "deal" anyway? I tried to play SDR but couldn't stomach the shitty gameplay. And from the anime, all i remember is that she launched herself into space to be a neet or something.
jesus christ
Could be worse, at least he's not the Reisen poster
still awful
Genius child prodigy, adopted by the Towa corporation and probably raped by her older brother. She and the group of kids she was with saw Junko a bunch because they were in a Hope's Peak Academy youth program. After Junko dies she uses Towa's facilities to create Monokuma robots and tries to set up a coup by manipulating her childhood friends into brainwashing the kids of the city to murder adults. She also makes two unique Monokumas known as Shirokuma and Kurokuma which act as the "good guy" for the adults and the advisor for the kids respectively, so she can try to create hope in the adults to want to rise up and murder the brainwashed children.
Meanwhile she involved Komaru Naegi in her plans in an act of revenge, using despair to poke at the insecurities and weakensses of her peers to push them to fight Komaru and spurn her to make her way to Monaca herself so Monaca can feign losing to her so Komaru has the device that controls the children. The reason is because she rigged it to blow up all the children being controlled if she turns it off, hoping the resulting despair would break Komaru and allow her to be molded into a second Junko Enoshima to be pitted against her brother Makoto with.
This plan only fails because Komaru had become friends with Toko and she manages to snap Komaru out of it before she hits the button.
She then has to listen to Nagito spew off about hope for an indeterminate amount of time as he tries to groom her into the next Junko, then DR3 happens, she gets sick of all the hope vs despair shit (partially because of Nagito never shutting the fuck up about it) and fucks off into space to be a neet.
I just wanna say Gonta didn't deserve his destiny
Also fuck Miu
Why do they always kill off the buff character in Chapter 4? Is it really solely because "lul it happened in the first game gotta happen in every other game"
Thank god i never took DR story seriously, and only as a cheeky over-the-top thing
Funny thing, she's still the best villain in the franchise. And compared to Junko's intentional kneecapping, her plan seems downright airtight. She's also the only character that realized hope and despair are not a binary force of good and evil.
when she showed up in DR3, it was probably one of my favorite anime troll moments ever, as cringey as that sounds. Didn't they showcase her in the preview for the next episode, only for her to do literally nothing then fly into space?
Since watching DR3 is apparently a waste of time, could someone give me a summary of all important events (both Future and Despair side)?
Monaca's entire presence in DR3 was the best, she just shows up to fuck with everyone, gets bored and literally evacuates from the plot.
I want to argue with you, but as i think of Junko and Cosplay cowtits, i really don't have an argument against this possible claim.
But hey, my knowledge of SDR is about 1 hour of gameplay, and about 3 faps of straight shota doujins, Maybe she really is a good character all in all. But the anime never showchased that part.
>Class 77 wakes up and is 99% fine physically and 100% fine mentally
>They reopen Hope's Peak and Makto becomes headmaster even though he has no qualifications and is like 2 years older than the students attending it would be.
That's all
Everyone loves the self insert MC that has no special skill. Aka YOU.
Tenko is for pump and dump.
That's because of two things, one being DR3 being shit and the second thing being Monaca's role being long since fufilled. They had her there basically to say "Well we teased it in UDG, so here she is again." and then when they realized they had nothing for her to actually do she just leaves the plot via space pod.
There's a way to crank down the difficulty of UDG if you just want to blaze through and then on top of that Toko's Taser is basically a free murder button. I did enjoy the puzzles you had to do for bonuses in a few spots though.
Makoto gets arrested for SDR2, gets involved a new killing game, the killings are all suicides caused by a video manipulated by the FF chairman all in an extremely convoluted bid to convince the ultimate anime animator to create a video that brainwashes people into hope
Also hinata and crew shows up and takes the blame for the killing game so Makoto can open up Hope's peak and hopefully not make the same mistake, meanwhile literally everyone introduced in DR3 gets a shitty end which is completely undeserved in every capacity
>Makoto can open up Hope's peak and hopefully not make the same mistake
That school was literally the catalyst for the end of the world. No way is it not going to get shot up and burned down within a week.
>meanwhile literally everyone introduced in DR3 gets a shitty end which is completely undeserved in every capacity
Not everyone
>She's also the only character that realized hope and despair are not a binary force of good and evil.
I wouldn't say that, most characters in the series don't recognize hope and despair as anything more than the basic definition we would use in the real world. Characters like Junko and Nagito are in the minority.
The DR3 anime was so fucking weird, it felt like it took itself way too seriously compared to the previous entries
The problem is that Monokuma had no presence at all, only showing up to say like two lines that are just pre-recorded messages.
>it felt like it took itself way too seriously compared to the previous entries
What gave you that impression, out of curiosity?
Future Arc lacked the wacky executions, Monokuma was pretty minimal and most of it was in a dark facility where people kept dying or murdering one another. It's not the craziest thing to figure, especially when Kodaka didn't even write it.
>especially when Kodaka didn't even write it.

I like how after she leaves Komaru talks about her with a wistful smile as if she were some sort of comical and ultimately harmless nuisance rather than somebody who murdered countless people (including Komaru's parents as far as she knows) in cold blood and who had just admitted to murdering a defenseless handicapped woman for very little practical reason.
Kinda weird to think that DR3 only has one real execution and it's not really wacky at all.
The first thing that comes to my mind is the scene with student council massacre with Tsubasa Kudasai in the background. I don't know, something about the tone just felt "off" compared to the games
I think it's the opposite and the anime is way too fantastical that it feels like a mediocre supperhero anime over something of the danganronpa universe.

heh
I think the fact that it was Mukuro just wandering around singing it off screen looped it back around to hilarious.
>Junko and sis lives off the streets
>This is what causes Junko to fuck over the planet
What a joke of a plot. Only thing likable were the designs but it's wasted in a shitty game
It did kinda elevate ultimate talents into literal superpowers
>Ultimate Confectioner can brainwash people with candy
>Ultimate Pharmacist can down a bottle of pills like fucking Popeye and turn into the she-hulk
>Ultimate Wrestler can elbow drop through a floor
>Ultimate Student Council President is a master swordsman for some reason
>Ultimate Animator can brainwash the entire earth
>Ultimate Farmer doesn't do anything because fuck that nigger
>Ultimate Pharmacist can down a bottle of pills like fucking Popeye and turn into the she-hulk
That was hot as fuck and we got NO porn from it.
>Not everyone
Imagine staying in a island with Ibuki without lose your head
>tfw best girl isn't even from any of the video games so she can't be talked about on this board.
It does feel pretty awkward when the games make a big deal of things like Peko using her sword as a step stool to reach a window 9 feet off the ground, and then the anime shows people leaping 20 feet into the air doing backflips.
Oops, wrong image
dude anime lmao
also nobody could even remotely control our boy juzo
