Regardless it's not your fault the game softlocks of course. Shit is buggy in that part, it softlocked for me too. My autism compelled me to try again at least one more time. Same effect. Afterwards there is another duct you can look through, which also softlocks. Quality QA there. At least the one you need to reach for the plot to move forward is free from this, but still
