Dragon Marked for Death

Is it fun?

Seems a bit pixely for my taste desu

Do you like grinding?

is it monster hunter level grinding?

I'd argue it's much worse. At least in MH you always get materials when you finish a quest and can slowly but steadily increase your strenght, in DMFD most of the time you get trash you'll never use and the good stuff has horrendous drop rates. I once had to repeat the same quest over 60 times to get a sword.

>3.0 only on Steam
Thanks for beta testing

Alpha testing, believe me.

>At least in MH you always get materials
Have you not heard?
3.0 added mats you can bring to the blacksmith to upgrade weapons
Though level 70+ weapons can only be upgraded to +2

I've heard that oracle is shit and does no damage, can anyone confirm

>3.0 added mats you can bring to the blacksmith to upgrade weapons
Well, you need the weapons to upgrade in first place, so unless they increased the drop rates I don't see that helping much.

>so unless they increased the drop rates I don't see that helping much.
Well you only have to get lucky once now, and then you can just upgrade instead of needing to go find a +1, +2, +3 version of a weapon.

Don't know but I love the artist. It's the same artist as in MMZ1-3. Touru Nakayama's art is awesome. His porn is weird tho

You can upgrade any level of a weapon. Getting a +0 weapon isn't difficult.
I used her some. She has a million things she needs to manage, and is easily the most complex character in this game. I don't know if the payoff is worth it, but I don't think anyone is qualified to call this character shit until they've spent a few days mastering her kit.

Soundtrack FLAC rip when?

well I heard that she does no damage to the point of being unable to beat later quests without timing out, so if she's actually just complicated that's good to hear.

>grinding
>in a platformer

These devs are incompetent. Everything since Zero 4 has been complete shit (or complete mediocrity if you're being kind). and everytime I think, yeah they're back, it's a straight NOPE. Looked this game up and it just looks sad. Why can't Inti grow the fuck up?

High level weapons didn't have + versions anyway so the problem remains.

I'm nowhere near lategame with her so I couldn't tell you about that. My biggest issue currently is that everything useful she can do costs a fuckton of DP. She has a buff that reduces DP costs, but it has a very short timer and requires two spells totaling 14 inputs. There's another spell that extends your buff timers yet that also costs a fuckton of DP.

Well fuck you, I loved Blaster Master Zero 1 and 2

Empress best girl

Even in other games.

It's kinda nice to be in a tiny bit of danger of dying, especially compared to Copen.

Yes, it's pretty fucking fun so far. Started off with a Warrior, friend is running the dagger tossing edgelord. Pissed you can't start off with Oracle or Bandit though, what the fuck!? I wanted to toss swords.

are the new characters unlocked from the start?

Nope.

>good game comes out
>Yas Forums is silent
Like clockwork. But no, please, go circlejerk for another year about Smash trash and Nomura's wild ride.

Get mad.

No

>2k+ rubles for pixel arpg
I blame fucking consoomers for this.

Get mad.

>games cost money
Spend your Donald Dollars on it. Stimulate the economy.

I'll stimulate your prostate.

So did they buff the dragonarm chick? I heard she falls off right into the dumpster later on.

Imagine...

>PC release and 2 new characters aren't enough to make people talk about this game again
It's really that shit.

I doubt the game's worth $40, even with the sale it has right now knocking $8 off.

They need daddy Inafune's guidance.

Yeaaaaah, sure.
