I can at least get the other things, since those are permanent fixtures, but why does an island's native fruit even matter? You can just replace them all with whatever other fruit you want, if desired. The only thing is that you'd only be able to buy your native fruit from Nook's Cranny, but that's not really much of a downside either.

it seems you need at least 15 days of ignoring a villager for them to ask to move out, if the time traveller findings are correct
