I would think they'd have something more like Street Fighter considering there's a huge crossover between that and the DBZ audience. I'm sure there's plenty of people that have the same attitude I do.

Good game, but like user said it feels very samey save for a couple of characters gimmicks, but nothing on the level of a GG or BB character. I understand that it's more of a "learn the system" game like KoF rather than a "learn the character" like SF/GG, but the roster could use a little more variety and a little less Gokus.
S3 changes are a step in the right direction, now teams can use another assist other than Vegeta.

I don't really understand the complaint about characters feeling samey at this point outside of a few obvious ones. Kid Buu plays nothing like Fat Buu, Base Vegeta and SS Vegeta have very different gameplans, all of the androids play differently from each other. If this was still year one I'd be more inclined to agree.

yeah but it isn't new, Gogeta blue also depowered to kill jenemba, and i wouldn't mind that if they were trying to properly re create the scene, but there is no new stages. a hell stage would be too much to ask for, or tournament of power. it;s all so weird. i know it;s not entirely ASW fault as they are contracted by bandai. so they have to fit the bill and order it, but the lack of content is staggering.

Season 3 improved a lot, character variety is going up and team-building got more interesting. Bardock is still Top 3 like he has been since he dropped but other than that things are good.

I'm fine with the roster so I'd just like characters who would have fun playstyles. I think Toppo would be cool as well if he could go GoD mode.

I personally like Gogeta powering down for Janembas DF better than him just staying in blue form. It fits the movie better even if it doesn’t make a lot of sense. I would even be fine with UI Goku powering down for Kefla’s DF if not for the shirt, that’s why I’m hoping that’s just an alternate costume hopefully

like i said before i dont mind the depower down, but they tweak so much of the dramatic finishes, it's just odd, and the lack of stages only makes it more apparent.

Very fun game, my first fighting game I've actually tried to learn. Only super saiyan 2 with my SS Goku / Piccolo / Tien team but enjoying it a lot. Characters I want:

Piccolo/Tien is a fantastic shell, though with snap nerf Piccolo isn't quite as effective this patch. If you ever want to replace SSGoku Cooler works really fucking well, especially with Tien's B assist.
