Dragon Quest 7 for 3DS got localized because of it and a bunch of Frenchies writing letters to Square. Other than that one circumstance it hasn't done anything remotely important.

I too am upset that they took up the slot that could have been used for a proper remaster or whatever and changed as much as they did, but they haven't actually falling outside the definition of a remake and frankly, its actually still not a bad game.

FFXV gripe is perfectly legit, though. They literally had a continuity error (sudden scars for no apparent reason, blindness just all of a sudden) that SE would only fix if you bought a DLC off them and they put a giant unavoidable CUPPU NUUDORU cart and an entire CUPPU NUUDORU sidequest commercial in it.

FFVII Remake is releasing in episodes over a decade. It's visual and gameplay designs are being made to appeal to new people. It's giving the finger to fans. The first episode is full of tons of filler cutscenes. Exactly what part is wrong?
