Right now it's pretty much the definitive Fallout experience, even though it's an "MMO" the story, narrative and lore are all somehow a massive leap up from Fallout 1 and 2. Just kidding it's pretty bad.

This statement is objectively false.
Visuals and combat are the only two things consistently improving with each new Bethesda title.
They are still far cry from great, but they are not getting worse in any respect.

imo the game looks very pretty, and I'm not even playing on max settings, it just depends a lot on the location, distant LODs are something that have never been very good in CE but in this game they seem to have nailed that to a better degree and the detail distance is crazy, but you need a sick ass PC to run it on the max settings (something like a 2080 ti for 4k 60fps lol)

I don't know what to tell you. Aiming on gamepad is aiming on gamepad. You can go for a stealth melee build if you don't want to waste time git gud at aiming with a gamepad. Melee build is very powerful if you dedicate your build to it, you don't have to concern yourself with ammo too.
If you want to play with guns, you can just go for a VATS gun build so you don't even have to aim.

because its true. Skyrim SE which is just the exact same as the original with a few visual improvements vs 76 is no contest. The fact a 5 year old remaster of a 10 year old game looks better than a brand new one is pathetic.
