So turns out Nintendo didn’t take down Kirby reanimated. Just some fucker posing as Nintendo. What kind of asshole false flags like that?

Nintendies are mentally ill

I guess it was just impostors who took down ROM sites as well, right?

How? It’s just explaining the situation

Copyright claim wouldn’t exist if Coptright laws didn’t either.

Yes floor is made of floor

Not a surprise since the Kirby fandom has always been filled with mega-autists once you peel the mask of saccharine back

Kirby reanimated is many many independent animators making parts of a whole episode of kirby right back at yah so it comes out as a huge compilation of animators working together

its just a fan animations using the nothing but audio form the shitty 4kids dubs

It's the same for any fanbase that's evolved enough to call itself "fandom". Internet is just chock-full of autists with so much free time they have no idea what to do with.

the same asshole that frequents this board
but you already knew that, user

do you mean this?

looks like the terminal montage guy's work

barneyfag

how can an imposter file a copyright claim without being an authentic claims that they own the media?

This doesn't make any sense and I bet he's just trying to defend Nintendo

Yep. Bunch of autists make a Kirby reanimated project and some guy making a false copyright claim takes it off of YouTube for a couple of days. Motive unkown

Reanimateds are cringe, it’s literally pic related 90% of the time

Does anyone have the twitte screenshot of the kid telling the Senran Kagura devs he's pirating the game.

It's super easy to claim on youtube and tons of people try it. You don't even have to prove it, unless the creator appeals.

If this was a authentic Nintendo claim the video wouldn’t be back online.

Because YouTube is retarded and it's stupidly easy to claim videos without actually needing to show any proof.

So youtube being shit even in that?
wow, pathetic

Copyright laws are necessary. Otherwise, big corporations would have too much power. Some small creator who ended up making something really popular could have their work stolen from them by a big company with more money and resources.

Having copyright laws benefits everyone. Not having them benefits big corporations and no one else.

Youtube is the same website where various lets plays were taken down through copyright claim of some other dude's let's plays because he joined a MCM.

This shit happens with Pokemon-related videos too with someone impersonating ShoPro.

Animation is rad though, and its great that these are encouraging new animators

It's even worse than that.

Its still nice to see all the different styles people have.

Who gives a fuck about the guy who did it? You should be mad at the fucked-up system that allows random idiots to take down videos with little effort.

>I-I-IT WASN'T NINTENDO!!!!!!
Why do nintendies do this? The same thing happened when neotendo was going on a rampage posting porn, even though they had been doing this since tumblr, according to them it was some troll who had been fucking with people since fucking 2016. IS it really that much of a stretch that a shitty company like nintendo who has a history of anti consumerism DMCA abuse would take down a fucking youtube video?

Considering that Nintendo got rid of their shitty "Creator's Program", I doubt they care about YouTube videos.

Just watched it the first time. I like the third act when the talent pool of artists starts to get low.

It's almost like copyright is a broken dogshit system
