Your best option is to ignore all their videos.
Which is a shame, because there are some female content creators who are actually really good at creating ASMR (ATMOSPHERE, for example).

Lots and lots of experiments.
Before the term ASMR was created, people were still just getting the hang of making binaural videos.
Most videos were about different sounds from different objects, moving all around your head.
A lot of this stuff was also used outside of the whole concept of triggering ASMR, like this touhou song for example: youtube.com/watch?v=TEjR0ip9cxY which was released back in 2010.
It uses "ASMR" sounds (which were ripped from one of the most early "ASMR" videos, I'm pretty sure), but triggering tingles was never its intention.
There are still some pretty good channels around, but most of them never grow really big, unfortunately.
