I've found that the best way to piss people off in games is just to try to communicate with them. 9 out of 10 times it works if you're at least half-decent at the game.

Dying repeatedly to the enemy team, in the context that in those types of games killing an enemy rewards you with gold/experience that lets you get stronger and thus more easily beat the enemy team, so a player that is constantly dying is not only useless but an active detriment, and it enables the course of action OP takes which is to purposefully make opponents stronger to spite your team.
