Spent $40 on Jedi FO and trudged through 15 hours of BS hoping it would get better. Paid $15 for NMS and dropped 15 hours into it before I even knew what to do. Was my first Minecraft-style game.

Witcher 3 is fine. It's definitely not LE BEST EBIN GAME EVER HAVE MY PLEBBIT GOLD but its a fine game that holds up well today, worth playing.

Idk, but I've put 40+ hours into it doing just that. Once you understand the economy you can start buying rockdust instead of farming it, and farm deserted starships instead. It's already worth what I spent. Playing RDR2 now, and I constantly think about NMS.

You can build bases now, do the main quest and work towards getting other shit they added in like a freighter, the living ship, exocrafts and the mech.
But you'll still mostly be shooting rocks.

Nah, AC Odyssey is rated correctly, it's trash, open world is dead and empty save for typical useless Ubisoft collectathon bullshit and it's not even an AC game, more like an open world God of War ripoff.
