Because they call non-whites "minorities", as if Europeans somehow are a "larger" "bigger" piece of the pie. Europeans are a minority of the world population, I don't see anyone complaining about Europeans being in European games. As if only a European would find forced inclusions of blacks to be fundamentally unpleasant.
Call them non-white if you want to group everyone who isn't European into one group.
