I never understood this complaint, the way Kaneko draws feet is stylistically consistent with the way he draws the rest of the body, or is it just footfags upset over the fact that he isn't drawing feet in a way that gives them a boner or something.

I was thinking on the human part being represented by Maria herself, neat. And i thought the fish was indeed a reference to that, i guess it fits but its kinda random.

When I saw her design on the right in Persona 5 Royal, I thought it was a reference to The World card in tarot, but considering there's a fucking T-Rex there I'm not really sure. I do like it, though.

I think the right design is meant to be more representative of Christianity as a whole rather than just Mary, hence the tetramorph and icthus, which is why it should've stayed in NINE and the left design is what should be in SJR and P5R but hey that one doesn't have a t-rex so it's not cool enough
