A good friend of mine who works at Capcom tells me there is an undiscovered easter egg in Resident Evil 4.
If you shoot every painting in every area of the game, "something happens" once you finish your playthrough.
I have absolutely no reason to doubt this guy.

There are a couple of regular RE4 speedrunners and people who do ridiculous challenges of it on Youtube, ask them to.
