This but unironically
You thought it was tremendously comfy but a little janky, and would be open to replaying it in a year or so.
You'll tell yourself for years that you'll play through the Scoia'tael route one day just so you can say you've done it, but you won't. Because fuck Elves.
A game with Soul
this part made me tear up ngl
It had a good story and interesting characters but the gameplay is mediocre at best, and the swamp is a chore to navigate. It’s a game you play for back story, not for a good gameplay experience
OP Here. It really felt like an adventure game for the first three-four chapters. The final two chapters were more rpg battle focused. I completed it in normal.
What should I play next?
Obviously you complete the series.
Rest of the series is nothing like the first game tho. Lot more Western and not at all the hardcore oldschool basement dwelling nerd type of an RPG
was thinking of marathoning a jrpg series, say FF first
You play 2 and import your save, silly.
wtf does that even mean? kill yourself retard
Can't you interpret basic English sentences you inbred "hills have eyes" tier freak?
i hope you played it with the steam controller for maximum comfyness
>What did I think?
I don't know. What did you think?
>"If I survived this crap I can play anything"
I admire you user, the first level is a literal shonen anime and the gameplay can push you to the brink of suicide
>Lot more Western and not at all the hardcore oldschool basement dwelling nerd type of an RPG
But oldschool basement dwelling hardcore RPGs usually were Western, you filthy weeaboo.
The Great Game
Missed potential because they did build up Alvin nearly as much, i completely forgot about it until Chapter 4
wait till you get to chapter 3 where you have to go back and forth from Vizima to the Swamps searching for some altar stones.
triss and geralt makes more sense
This game sold a million copies on PC alone in a single year during a global depression, let that just sink in anons. They also had two planned expansions and a console port but the financial crisis fucked CDPR in the ass. Imagine what coulda been.. ugh.
Pretty good game ruined by the shittiest combat system in existence
3 has some of that comfy slavic folklore in the Velen area.
The quest's not even that long and doesn't require too many trips.

Is he right?
YOUR MOTHER
More Western as opposed to Slavic and more casual as opposed to h.o.b.d.n.
What did you choose?
How did they localize this game so well.
I mean sure, they probably wrote it in English, but still. Same with 2.
I've always wanted to try and playthrough the games with the Polish voice acting and just use English subtitles.
But it's still kind of fucked because I know (at least with 1) the english subtitles still mistranslate things and sometimes dont make much sense.
Wiedzmin just sounds cooler than Witcher.
You can tell what the intended response is (same with Abigail) by how elaborate one reply is compared to the other
1
combat feels outdated the rest of the game is fantastic.

you can watch my Witcher series critique if you want to know
it;s only 4 hours long
Name a better ending
Will nobody join me in my sorrow over the lost potential this franchise had instead of becoming a 'Skyrim just prettier' for redditors to gaze at?
You thought
>Damn this was a mediocre game, now I want to suck on some fat horse testicles and play some Sonic 2
Witcher 2 and 3 are both great
Today, I will remind them.
Best Witcher game by a mile, but largely an unoptimized mess. Proof that a truly excellent game can exist in poor conditions.
