The last game you played is getting a reboot, how do the timejanny's try to keep events from changing?

The fuck is a timejanny?
Hands of fate.
What?
>KH2FM: ReMake
>MoM and the timejannies are fighting in the timestream
>all the FF characters in the KH universe are replicas formed from Sora having a dream about being in the world of FF7R
>Risk of Rain
The UES spaceship never crashed on Lemuria.
I still don't get it. I'll assume it's autism on your part
>Chrono Trigger
>Last game I played
>Space Station 13
Im not sure how I feel about this
>Red Dead Online
Good maybe they will fix it finally.
Ive been looking foward for this
Chrono Niggers
FFVIIR added Time ghosts that have to guard the timeline and shit and Sephiroth is time-travelling to change the timeline and the Time ghosts have to stop him 24/7.
It's a retarded addition so it's being made fun of.
How do you explains the one from the other ff that arent 7?
So these time ghosts are the ones stopping him from changing events in the past? Why?
Metroid Prime. Samus almost escapes the frigate without losing her abilities. They tase her in the elevator.
Resident Evil 4. Leon books a helicopter to look for Ashley, They turn off his alarm and he misses the flight and takes the car instead
Because they need to keep the timeline consistent or some nonsense like that, it's implied FFVIIR is a sequel and Sephiroth realized the mistakes of the Compilation and time travels to win early.
Some people speculate Nomura did it as a metaphor for the old fans of FFVII who don't like change.
But IMO it's just Nomura putting in his convoluted bullshit.
Stopping Sephiroth
Because they are autists that don't want the timeline to change.
So literally no reason? Great writing
Sephiroth can best be described as a cancer to the planet. Sephiroth is trying to make a future where he wins and turns the planet into his personal star cruiser like Jenova does to planets. So the ghosts, which are the will of the planet, and maybe the lifestream? are trying to do everything in their power to maintain the timeline where Sephiroth dies.
The unlucky bastards who get caught in the crossfire in MoM's neverending fight with the timejannies are dragged along the timestream with MoM until he returns to their home timeline.
Yep, that's why threads like this exist. To mock it.
Final Fantasy 1
It's Sephiroth again, He's just doing it for shits and giggles.
>NOOOO I DON'T WANNA GO ON VACATION
Wait so Hojo dies way too early?
no, they take him so that he won't be killed by Cloud and his crew and so that he can't spoil Cloud's history.
Remake is a literal "Remake". The Planet is creating do-overs so they can get Sephiroth out of the Lifestream for good instead of him continuing to linger after FF7.
It's happened at least once before already, previous attempts resulted in stuff like Zack surviving the ambush outside of Midgar.
Sephiroth became aware of the Remake and remembers the previous iterations. He is now directly attempting to interfere with the destiny the ghosts are trying to direct. He destroyed/absorbed the Whisper ghosts at the end of FF7R, so everything afterwards can go totally off the rails.
Who can stop him?
Cloud not being in SOLDIER is a huge spoiler late in the game so they're stopping Hojo from saying it
>Monster Hunter World
Seems a bit fast... we're still getting updates
aren't timejanny's a actual thing in ss13?
Cool TF2 on Source 2.
>RING RING
>What? He's dead?
>Get the defib unit, Abraham. He can't be a history nigga, he's a goddamn hedgehog.
>RING RING
>We got a real bad one here. Asking permission for a full retcon
