Hey OP, right click desktop, hit display properties and change this to 100%, it looks like its defaulting to 125%.

win+shift+s is the new snipping tool shortcut that places it straight into the clipboard and also generates a bottom right popup that allows for quick simple editing and saving of the file.
Its still printscreen for the whole screen or Shift+printscreen for the single focused window capture.
