Hoy, you will play my game, won't you?
Hoy, you will play my game, won't you?
HOY
I already did, me hoy
>SMT4 is 7 years old now
Hoy, it's nice to see a fellow Casualry among here. You did pick Chaos right, my comrade?
haven't finished sj yet
Sure I'll play it.
What SMT game are you guys playing right now?
I am doing a second playthrough of IV after I got fucking Law the first time. I'm currently aiming for a Neutral end now.
I just finished Nocturne for the first time yesterday. I soloed Kagutsushi.
I want to fuck Toki.
SMT IV is unironically my favorite mainline.
Finishing up SJ redux.
Going chaos>law a,d finish it up with redux neutral.
Either gonna play psx FF VII, soul hackers or digimon world 1 after that.
It has the most memorable cast for sure and the aesthetic is just perfect
Playing Imagine right now, actually recruiting demons is a complete pain but is otherwise fun.
i'm playing nocturne right now. i don't understand why it is so much fun. not much storyrelated happened other than very vague symbolism i do not understand, but i just reached the chaos edgelords and beat thor and the experience was simply fun, the demon dialogue is really charming and funny at times, the gameplay is fantastic and engaging, level-design is cool...
who knew you could make a good game with such simple ingredients
Wait are there different endings? Never played SMT.
The Tokyo twist could have been amazing if the game had a little more restrain.
I wish Yas Forums would stop spoiling so much, I haven't played the game but i know about this twist
Honestly if it's a human and not a demon you've picked the wrong franchise, p*rsoyna is two blocks down
It maybe easier compared to other mainlines, but damn the worldbuilding and the atmosphere is great. Plus the music is probably the best of the series imo
The game itself can't resist spoiling that, you missed nothing.
Most of the series, except for 3, revolves around the dynamics of Law, Chaos, and Neutral. So yeah, every SMT game pretty much has multiple endings which are based upon said dynamics.
>mfw going in completely blind
>reach tokyo
I see... Thank you!
Can there be a JRPG with better gameplay than these games? It constantly forces you to rethink your tactics, since the demons you have now might become useless later, and you might have a magic-based team now but then have a strong physical demon and you make that your ace. There's also the fact that you can always improve your team by getting a new recruit and with it a new fusion that ups your power-level. Basically the game always gives you something to do in a really engaging way, the fusion isn't the typical alchemy shopping list stuff either.
Why is Mastema such a bro in IV? He feels like a different person from SJ
what does mastema actually do that is so bad in SJ?
I think it's that just other JRPGs put more emphasis on the character development of party members rather than the actual combat themselves.
Did on release, but I might end up replaying it and Apocalypse once I'm done with P5 Royal. It's been a long time and I don't remember most of the plot outside of the very basics.
Basically Atlus is Type Moon. Fate's success destroyed all other franchises and possibility of them ever coming out, and Persona is doing that with Atlus. SMT5 is the new Tsukihime remake.
Nothing, really. He wants to create a world of law and get promoted.
I want a SMTIV+A remake for the switch that merges both games in one and fixes some of the bullshit from apocalypse
