Nintendo is busy programming grass animations in excel for BotW2, all other work is not a priority.

Nintendo consoles have had the same exclusives for years. Mario, Zelda, Smash, Wii game, other game. You either like them and a Switch is worth getting, or you don't and it isn't.

Let’s be real, people want a “real” game like BotW2 or Metroid Prime 4. Those might be a long time out though. What about something else big? A new Xenoblade or Fire Emblem. But those already came out. AC just came out but Nintendo expects it to carry the year. What about a new Pikmin? Still in development.
Pokemon would have been it but the “crown of tundra” DLC will be cancelled because Corona means crown, also many have suddenly realized pokemon games were never quite that good to begin with.
On the other consoles though, now that FFVII:Time Jannies Edition and Doom Eternal came out, what the hell else is there to look forward to either besides Elden Ring?
The whole industry has gone downhill, and that was before Corona. When the virus ends, we’ll go back to seeing more sportsgames.

As someone who has had a Switch since 2017, I can honestly say its a huge dissapointment; this list just puts that into perspective. Most of those games are terrible, and the lowered standard the Switch enables is honestly hilariously bad. I have quickly found, that despite owning most of the library, its really hard to trust the opinion of Switch owners due to how biased they are and expecting LESS of games, which is why this list has so many terrible games.

The Switch is an accessory like an Apple device more than it is about games, which is why fanboys on this board rarely talk about individual games, but instead boast sales and "exclusive counts" despite most of those exclusives being worse than indie titles.

Honestly, you can never own a Switch and not miss out on a single important thing in gaming. And that's a fact.
