I actually hated the game before I played it. The second I saw those manakin masks I knew it was becoming too anime. Little did I know that it would become my favorite game of the trilogy, especially after SotFS launched.

Dark Souls > Demon's Souls > Nioh > Sekiro > Bloodborne > Remnant from the Ashes > Dark Souls 2 > The Surge 2 > The Surge > Dark Souls 3

Alright I'm going to be realistic. Dark souls 2 gives more of a dungeon experience than the other 2. There is a lot more of an RPG feeling in the game. The focus is less on the horror monster bullshit from the other 2 games and more on the rpg aspect. The games combat is smooth and it is brutally hard. It is a fun game though at the end of the day. I have been enjoying my time in game except for the tower. Fuck that place.

i'll give you that, but dark souls 1 is 9/10 and goes down to a 6/10 in the second half only for the dlc to be another 9/10. Ds2 nstead is a flat 7, so on average ds1 is still better.
