Buzzwords aside, they are completely right that the natural maps are doomed to be very boring. The game is clearly made with terraforming in mind and if you actually think the map looks good without any thought or effort put into terraforming you don't know how amazing maps were in the GameCube game in comparison to new horizons. In this case soul/soulless is the correct term to use. Gamecube has a lot of cool cliff and waterfall designs and developers put passion behind the terrain, new horizons did not. New horizons is a blank slate you paint upon. YOU put passion into the layout this time around.

You have no grand vision or drive in a game specifically made for it. You are indeed soulless.

I don't understand the people who complain about commieblocks. Their argument is that you always put your villagers in neighborhoods but then put your house elsewhere, making yourself more important than the others. The commieblock argument is that you aren't following the rules of communism.

That's why I said I like the basic layout of the map, but I make improvements where it's necessary for the layout I want or just to liven it up a little. I just don't give enough of a shit to think of some grand terraforming plan and completely change the map. I'm really more concerned with just making a boring and comfy little town that I like, not to show off how creative I am.
