Not sure what makes you think so? I played through the original solo so the loss of co-op doesn’t change anything for me. Otherwise I loved the demo and am looking forward to the release.

last i checked it doesn't take 5 whole minutes to scroll through menus or restock your item ring in the remake but you knew that already and are just looking for attention

If you like pixel art ToM is well worth the bother, the remake will likely be lacking in terms of environments. I played ToM first so SoM always seemed like a straight downgrade in every regard to me, some people swear by it though, depends on how complete you want to be with the series.

Pretty much, The wait has been fucking insane. I've spoiled a bit of my self already on like three things.

So I've played past the tutorials and buff spells actually have time durations now instead of lasting the entire time. There are passives later on that enhance them and make them last for the duration of a fight as well. Actual offensive casters are MUCH stronger than before.
