What is your go to racing game these days?

Problem with PC2 is the horribly inconsistent quality. Some of the content is top notch while other bits are fucking awful.

Didn't know GT Sports added a single player campaign and it's fucking long too.

less content than the first one and the same physics for double the fucking price. no amount of Jewish shilling will ever make me pay money or time for that piece of fucking shit

in a nutshell:
>improved gravel physics, still simcade with lots of emphasis on arcade
>equally bad tarmac physics
>equally questionable pacenotes in certain places
>same mediocre amount of launch tracks as DR1 but no hillclimb
>absolutely cancerous nickle-and-dime dlc policy for cars and tracks
>always online bullshit that will inevitably delete your singleplayer progress
>worse force feedback
>no WRC cars because no license, so R5 is peak performance
>way worse VR implementation
>audio randomly cutting out which has been present since release still not fixed
>looks like absolute dogshit without TAA because it's required to hide the ridiculous dithering

it's a mixed bag, and getting anything but the base edition is a waste in my opinion. except for the new scotland stages every other DLC track pack is just layouts from DR1 copied over into the new graphics

I put nearly 200 hours into DR. I was so impressed I bought Dirt 4 and DR2 later. Those were shit, I was so dumb.

Dirt 4 was a travesty with absolutely batshit retarded physics, and Dirt Rally 2 is codemasters cashing in on the thirst they left behind by not expanding on Dirt Rally
minimum effort, maximum profit. they could've built an actual masterpiece of rally sim with the groundwork they put in with DR1. instead they chose to be a bunch of asset flipping kikes, fuck them with a rake

just play RBR instead, 400+ tracks and modern WRC-spec cars for fucking free
also runs way better in VR
