GTA IV is the only answer, every other game they need 10 bullets to do the same damage as 1 bullet of a single shot weapon because "gameplay balance"

MAC10 rushes are surprisingly effective, and there's something about the way your avatar shifts it about in his hand when you inspect it that I find...satisfying.
