Crisis Core. I'd also not play P3P, FES on PS2 is the definitive version. Unless you already played it, then whatever.
Also make sure you have the fanpatch for Tactics to speed up spells and shit, because they take a fucking age to play out otherwise.

What are some games that control easily on a mobile device and don't require too much precision?
I've been playing only YuGiOh up to this point.
