>The game gets really good 20 hours in!
The game gets really good 20 hours in!
WHY DID YOU BUY THE GAME IF YOU DIDINT LIKE IT?
Whenever I say i stopped playing Xenoblade 2 cause it was to cringy, "Oh but it gets better 20 hours in" is peoples only reasoning on why i should keep playing it.
YOU DIDN'T LIKE THE GAME?WELL UR JUST NOT GOOD
LOOK AT THIS VID OF SOMEONE WHO HAS 500 HOURS IN THIS GAME
UNLESS YOURE AS GOOD AS HIM YOUR OPINION IS WRONG
>The game doesn't get good
>Ever
Dragon's Dogma in a nutshell
Yes.
I don't understand, why are their mouths always fucking open?
Lol dq7 filtered this guy
You have terrible taste and I hope you step on a Lego.
No one actually says this you fuck
a-user you don't really mean that
Some open world RPGs are like this.
It can take a while to get an understanding of all the mechanics, but once you do it becomes addictive as hell.
>it actually does
>apparently have to play for 20 hours before the anime shit gets bearable
>play for 25 hours
>another anime robot blade shows up
>have to chase it around everywhere
>catch it
>get rewarded with a hot spring scene
And that's where I dropped it.
My "friend" talked me into playing FF13 doing this "just another 10 hours then it gets great!" bullshit. I never got to the part where it opens up or whatever and that was after like 20-30hrs of corridors and garbage dialogue/cutscenes. I don't care what anyone says, 13 is the absolute nadir of fun in final fantasy. I would gladly replay any other numbered game instead.
>the game actually gets gud when you get weapon/skill/partner
Nice
>game is REMAKE
>its actually only in existence to tie in a shitty movie.
filtered
>game starts off good but turns to shit
>the game gets good 40 hours in :)
>you can't judge the game if you haven't beaten it :)
>if you didn't like the game, why did you play the whole thing? nobody forced you :)))
LISTEN HERE YOU FUCKING CUNT
They used to say that for monster hunter. I fell for it and I really liked it after 20+ hours.
>the game gets good after you beat it
I say this for Dragon's Dogma. It really picks up after reaching Gran Soren and having access to a decent number of Skills and the extra classes. Takes way less than 20 hours, though.
yep
>the game gets good 6000 hours in
>it actually does
>game gets good 10 hours in
>6 hour game
>the first 20 hours of the game is a huge tutorial
>tutorials are scattered through the entire game, even part of the game
>have to do them again on subsequent playthroughs
>game gets good in the remake 20 years after the original release
It's what everyone says about FF13, and it's true
>also Yas Forums praises it
WHY to force your bullshit?
Every hour of FF13 is fun as long as you're with Lightning, the strongest heroine.
Fang is literally stronger tho
Please, tell us all about the time someone has actually said that to you. Or are you perhaps strawmanning because you're a complete retard thinking no one will notice, whose best life decision at this point would be swinging from a rope?
Fighting games
>It gets good after 100 hours of practicing the exact same thing and grinding ranked until you get to fight actually good players
It's good from the start if you find learning to be a fun process.
AZIZ
LIGHT!
>learnin
aint nobody got time fo dat!
I find learning fun, but practicing inputs and grinding against bad players and people who ragequit when they start losing is not fun.
While I thought Xenoblade 2 got better around that point, I fully understand people dropping it before or after that point. Those early game chapters were pretty bad.
It's something you do to entertain a literal baby
So think about that every time these soilents without any kids do that shit.
Whats the alternative?
>REEEE FUCK THIS GAME
Grow up
imagine getting filtered by quarter circles and dp motions
