Black Lagoon then, make it an open world exploration game in the vein of Naruto: Rise of A Ninja, but far more violent and instead of fighting game mechanics it's a fast paced third person shooter in the vein of like, GunZ

Symphogear is already more than 50% Wild Arms references make Wild Arms 6 but cram Symphogear in there.
