VR as it is now doesn't seem fun to me. Alyx and that one melee & magic sandbox game are the only things I'm interested in, but they don't seem too conducive to my condition

I've tried vr...not too much going on for it even now. The games are gross and boring, unresponsive messes that hurt your eyes and your neck. I bought a headset and still regret it this day, only one I've ever bought or used. Samsung gear headset, took my phone out and threw it away, I dont get the hype

Not him but VR is more than just stereoscopic vision, it's a number of technologies working together to approximate a closer-to-reality environment so people with only one eye can still enjoy it. HL:A has a one-handed control scheme but is unusual in that regard. There's probably a disproportionate number of VR games that can be played one-handed, but not all obviously.
