Robotnik tried to replicate Gamma twice, looking to find that secret spice that made a robot spontaneously develop feelings and override its programming. He made several knockoff units that serve as generic enemies in Sonic Adventure 2, essentially being stationary turrets that fire guns, and he also made some more elite units (and some mass-produced versions) that were smarter and had more weapons, but lacked Gamma's complexity in Sonic Battle known as "Chaos Gamma".
Omega was the last in the E-Series, and we don't know if he was made before or after these attempts to replicate Gamma, but he certainly developed his own sort of personality. Albeit arguably less complex than Gamma's.

Small corrections: Chaos Gamma DID develop a personality, but it was a bitter and angry one, and he remained a servant of Robotnik the entire time; and Omega was apparently referenced in Sonic Battle, so Chaos Gamma's timeline must've been after Heroes', at least. Apparently my autism is incomplete.
They're his only other designs, unless you count the Guard Robo generic models from Sonic Battle or I'm missing something. Not sure what else user could be referencing.
