Is this the right time to upgrade PC right now?
Is this the right time to upgrade PC right now?
NO
CORONA MAKING PC PART PRICES GOING UP
NEW CONSOLE GEN 8 CORE CPU ALL GAMES WILL USE 8 CORES ON MULTIPLATS
RTX 3000 SERIES COMING OUT
4000 AMD COMING OUT
Depends what you got at the moment.
Depends, does it perform poorly?
CPUs are in a good spot thanks to AMD. Ryzen 3600 could become the new i5 2500.
I would not upgrade GPU right now unless your old one is literally exploded. Current gen is ending and it was pretty bad price/performance wise either way.
>NEW CONSOLE GEN 8 CORE CPU ALL GAMES WILL USE 8 CORES ON MULTIPLATS
this is just speculation
Post cases
Plus, at least one core will always be reserved for the OS
how important is airflow REALLY.
No ddr5 and new 5.0ghz cpus are coming out next year.
I'm into that clean, small, minimalist look
I bought a computer last week for $750. The same computer is now going for $100 more since the stimulus checks started coming out.
>people have 1K+ system
>buy $50 case
>PC runs 20C above ambiance higher than necessary
I will never understand
I'd wait a little bit after the virus shit dies down, unless you're hellbent. PSU prices are shit right now.
>RTX 3000 coming out
Nigga you don't need anything more than a 2070S
I just hate the RGB meme
I Ordered the P400A
Did I do good senpai?
How did you find one? They're literally all out of stock since December.
Since I don't see it on here, does anybody have the NZXT H510i? Wondering how worth it the smart fan controllers are
>need
hush poorfag
I'm using a GTX 1080 and 4790k. Planning to just hold off until fall and upgrade then. Pretty much everything released recently is still running fine on high/ultra at 1440p (Minus shit that is unoptimized).
No. Everything too expensive. A Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB NVMe drive jumped up in price by over $200 here in Syrupland.
no, upgrade after new consoles come out so you can flex on them for 5-6 years
Black and White is the best theme
I live in Hungary we had in stock
Go ahead and tell me what requires anything more than that, and don't give me some stupid shit answer like the new RTX Minecraft update
>NEW CONSOLE GEN 8 CORE CPU ALL GAMES WILL USE 8 CORES ON MULTIPLATS
ps4 and xbox also have 8 cores and they are very shit so one would think that the devs would use multiple cores properly by now but nah
Probably on same level as H500. Lack of airflow from front panel will really heat that sucker up.
8 cores with only one boosting to near desktop speeds because 90% of the cooling/power budgets will be used on the GPU. 6c/12t zen 2 at desktop voltage will be fine for the whole generation.
>50 dollar case
>InWin 805
>Thermaltake A500
>Bitfenix Enso
No
Uhh...
I figured as much, love the design of it but that's unfortunate
JOIN
Very late next year, possibly early 2022
If you don't need it right now, no. Corona has increased prices temporarily so if you wait like 6 months corona should be mostly over and new CPU and GPU generation should be out
I'm building a PC for CP2077 but I might do it sooner, when the last Control DLC comes out, I refuse to play it on console. I can't fucking wait, my PS4 makes me feel like a battered wife.
>AMD cpus improved alot but i9 9900k still beats everything
>new amd cpus on the horizon
>current gpu generation is a mess
>next gen gpus by the end of this year
>china virus killing stock replenish
just wait
fucking retard
