Do any of you get autistic about this game? Like I always do the collector ship with Kasumi and Thane because it is a sneaky mission and Kasumi's flashbangs are dank for Harbinger. It is a shame that there are very few "trick" missions, like the N7 fuel reactors in 3 that makes you think it will be a geth mission

I remember you need a decent amount of paragon/renegade points for the Jack and Miranda spat to resolve without pissing one off, other than that the order doesn't matter much I usually did Kasumi and Zaeed early.

BIG

If you import from ME1 it really doesn't matter because I never failed a paragon check in 2 or 3. Hell, in 2 I could pass the majority of renegade checks as well

iirc the Legion/Tali check is harder. And you can side with jack initially then talk to Miranda afterwards when you have enough points.

I want Miranda to fart on my cock.

Nah my autismo plan so far is freedom's progress, then normandy crash site, Omega (Garrus first obviously) the 2 assignments you auto get post Omega with the mechs and the lost operative, jack, and grunt and maybe zaeed's loyalty mission pre horizon, then tali, maybe kasumi before Thane?, Thane and Samara, Kasumi's loyalty before the collector ship.

To add to the autism I have like all the DLC except the collector's edition stuff, but I turn it off and only play with Zaeed, Kasumi, Overload, Normandy crash site, shady baker, and arrival turned on, so no free weapons and no >firewalker

That's a shame, but understandable. the Mattock is ridiculously OP

The DLC guns are like way OP, I beat the game with the mattock and eviscerator, ect a while ago, and it is fun using the shit base game guns. Granted, that makes the shotguns totally useless for squadmates without the eviscerator or geth shotgun.

The standard handcannon pistol is pretty good I beat the whole game with that as a sentinel

>Tfw can't decide whether I want to play ME1 or DA:O again
I'm leaning on DA to be honest, but then I'll just be playing that game and not the entire trilogy because fuck that trilogy

I play 2 and 3 as an adept so I get that.

Mattack + adrenaline rush + armor piercing ammo was some of the most insanely broken shit I've ever used in a game.

>tfw haven't played ME1 since I got ME2, tfw beat ME2 and 3 like a dozen times, tfw never finished MEA
I wish they made the combat in ME1 more like 2 or 3, because I like the story stuff for ME1, but fuck the searching for rocks in the middle of nowhere and fuck the inferior combat/power system. Same thing with A, fuck the lack of guns on the car, fuck the lack of WARP, and fuck not being able to tell squadmates to use powers

fuck this board is fast

why would you play mass effect 2 again following the release of mass effect 3?

Me2 has better combat and gameplay. When I replay them I play 2 and 3 back to back

>playing ass effect

Problem?

Best thing about Origins is it was made to be a single game. Since the Epilogue wraps up the plotline until it all gets retconned to make way for the sequal

>do any of you get autistic about this game
Yeah, I nearly always do 100% full series completion runs because I can't stand to leave things unresolved, even going as far as to collect every medallion, matriarch writing, ore, etc in ME1.

One of the more fun roleplays I did though was a "worst possible" series run, pic related is the highlights and it took a fair bit of planning, I even made an excel spreadsheet beforehand to make sure I could kill everyone correctly during the Suicide Mission and stuff. Had to do Samara/Morinth and Jack loyalty to make sure they didn't die, had to get ship armor so Jack wouldn't die regardless of loyalty. I also had to not unfreeze Grunt and make sure to wait until after the mission to recruit Zaeed (and then I killed him on his loyalty mission). It was totally worth it though and actually a very quick run since I could skip most of the extra stuff.

this is why I don't replay ME1

It's definitely the least fun installment to replay after you've done it a few times. It's hard to describe the terror before a new run knowing that i'll have to climb all those fucking mountains in the Mako again for literally hours... but I usually just put on headphones and listen to music or youtube discussion stuff. Don't get me wrong, ME1 was my absolute favorite game in the series, but it's a slog to play through it multiple times once you've absorbed all the magic of the universe and world building.

>yfw the price of the ME games on steam

i colledcted all the writeing ores ect just by checking out each planets debris anomaly and mission areas i think i bumped into all but 2 salarian tags 1 meddalion and 3 rare earths i wikid them and picked them all up withing 10min

i spent around 15=25 mins per planate i think in total it took about 5 hours to explore all the planets to 100%

Quarians are for breeding.

Yeah? What about that little issue why they're constantly in their suits?

Hard to breed, when they're space dust.

Herbal supplements and immuno-boosters. Means they get a head cold the first few times you fuck 'em and after that their immune system is used to you and you can breed all you want all day every day

I have done something like that before. I just started a new playthrough of the whole series. This time I am keeping 1 human and 1 alien in the squad and keeping the council around.

>playing a game with the wiki open

If I remember right a full playthrough of ME1 is 30 hours and ME2 is like 40 hours

>HD REMAKE WHEN?

This is why I love the PC version of 1. Middle mouse button to speed up the whole fucking game. Really makes it easier to get through. Not to mention the console codes.

That said I did play through it a few times on Xbox at launch so I feel your pain.

No reason to unless they actually remake it. All three games have 4K.

No need

Yes, I know it's reddit, but that's where it was announced just yesterday.
