That was at launch when it ran like shit for everyone (especially 4 core processers), but since then it's been substantially improved. Just don;t expect to max the game out, even my 1080ti can't for a consistent fps

rockstar cant make a pc port to save their lives, its a miracle they managed to get the pc port of gta 5 to work well

i got it on a 1050 ti with a budget 50 dollar cpu i found on ebay, runs good on low, so i'd bet a decent amont yours would run fine on medium
