Flowers are worth 2 each, guys are 5. So the guy holding 2 flowers is 9, times 2 it's 18, plus the glass of wine, that's 28.

You do the multiplication before the addition, so the puzzle is:

10 + 9 x 2
10 + 18
28

The guy has the hand in the other ones, you just don't see it. The other ones aren't just amputees

3a = 30
a = 10

a + b + b = 20
a + 2b = 20
10 + 2b = 20
2b = 10
b = 5

c + c + b = 13
2c + b = 13

Now, the next problem is a meme. What is "guy holding flowers" supposed to represent in this scenario? I presume it's his value plus the value of the two flowers. Adding onto that, you also have a multiplication symbol for PEMDAS shenanigans. Very cute. Nonetheless, continuing with my interpretation:

a + (b + c) * (0.5c) = ?
10 + (5 + 4) * (0.5(4)) = ?
10 + 9 * 2 = ?
10 + 18 = ?
28 = ?

Legend of Grimrock had some bullshit puzzles.
Especially that one where there was a riddle and you had to place certain items on pedestrials. And it wasn't a given that you had these items with you. And that riddle was mandatory for the main quest.

Cup is 10, boy is 5, flowers are 4. Final operation has one flower, which would mean two, while boy holding flowers is either 5 x 4, which equals 20, or 5 + 4 which equals 9. Now, as always the problem falls in how you structure the operation, because not splitting it correctly can lead to several answers, for example:

10 + [(4 x 5) x 2] = 50
[10 + (4 x 5)] x 2 = 32

or

10 + [(4 + 5) x 2] = 28
[10 + (4 + 5)] x 2 = 38
