dolphin dev builds since 2018 have been able to run it with asynchronous ubershaders, I beat it last year on pc

For me, it’s any game that doesn’t revolve around backtracking while doing obvious artificial length quests like fetching for artifacts.

yes it runs 1080p/60fps at 100% speed, apparently that is shader compilation stuttering, ubershaders fixes that

Maybe your v-sync. If you have it on it'll stutter wether it's activated in dolphin or in your GPU settings.

I installed Primehack but I can't move the mouse when I want to change the weapon. Why is that?

it's a bit easier but it doesn't break the game, I recommend playing on hard though
if you want extra challenge you can try beating it without collecting any energy tanks

For me it's a 10€ USB sensor bar with the wiimote
To be fair, you also need a bluetooth adapter to use the wiimote but I use it for other things too.

Call of Duty is far more popular because:

It gives you lock on but bullets are projective so it's not too broken. Also you gotta go back to a time where these kind of controls were quite new so ya its easier than new fps.

I'm sure this game is overrated by those who hadn't played any shooter before, especially games like System Shock 2.
