The 2080Ti runs it at 4K with Xbox One X quality settings at 60fps, a resolution the vast majority of PC gamers don't play at, so there's plenty of cards capable of running it at 1080p60.

I have the game on an i5 and it only ran like shit at launch. R* patched it and it plays perfectly fine now. When the PS5 drops, 4 cores won't be enough but for PS4 games? It's fine.

It's a console game and your rigs are far stronger than even the PS4 pro and Xbox One X. You're fine. Just don't expect to max it out, it runs like dogshit on even high end rigs with everything on Ultra.
